Walking in love is one of the action steps that activates abundance. We must put love into practice (as a verb) and actively practice Gratitude and Giving. The ancient Greeks had several words for love, the most commonly known are eros, phileo, and agape. Eros described physical love, as in erotic. Phileo was used to describe brotherly love, as in Philadelphia , the city of Brotherly Love. Agape is defined as unconditional love. The love that gives without thought of self, without thought of return. It is this love that the scriptures say "casts out fear". This love is not a fleeting feeling, but an intentional action.
The quickest way to generate love and move into "heart energy" is to practice gratitude. Open, honest appreciation for what we have and what we've been given is essential to a life of abundance. I keep a Gratitude Journal. My goal is to add at least five expressions of gratitude to it daily.
Working at finding things to be thankful for will move you out of a state of negative emotions like fear or anger. Gratitude journals have been used successfully by some to pull out of depression. You may want to begin keeping an Evidence Journal, where you "pre-member" the good things that have/are coming your way–you record all the evidence you have for benefits that are coming. It is another way to set your intention and practice abundance.
Do you give your love and forgive freely–no withholds? Or do you withhold in your intimate relationships, protecting your wounds, afraid of feeling deeply?
When the heart is open and your desire is clear, you become a magnet, attracting love, life, and money to you in endless supply.
Give with all your heart, soul and mind and you will experience abundance!
