<p>This post is a reminder is to jog your memory about the Law of Gender/Gestation. Just knowing how this law works helps us feel peace AND patience.</p>
<p>
	The Law of Gender states that in all of creation there is male and female in every kind of life. For life to perpetuate, there must be one to plant the seed and one to grow and nourish the seed. In some cases, one creature accomplishes both tasks. So for an idea-seed to be created and then mature to the physical plane, there must be an idea planter and an idea grower. Your mind is the fertile soil.</p>
<p>	What kinds of seeds are you growing?</p>
<p>Who planted them there? Your parents? Your friends? The media?</p>
<p>Whatever you are growing, be aware of what it is. Then by choice either pull it out and plant something new or nourish the good seeds with your faith.</p>
<p>	Bottom line: &nbsp;You have the power to plant your own seeds. Choose the images you hold in your mind. Hold images of a prosperous life in your mind. &nbsp;Ponder the feelings you expect to feel as you live a life of abundance. Then let them grow.</p>
<p>Believe.</p>
<p>Remember the Law of Perpetual Transmutation. &nbsp;These images actually cause unseen things to happen on your behalf in order to bring the images to pass in your life. Why isn&#39;t this more obvious to most people? Because it is so common to throw ideas away as impossible before they even have a chance.</p>
<p>	Let it grow.</p>
<p>Give it time.</p>
<p>	The Law of Gestation tells us that every seed and every&nbsp;idea has a finite incubation period. Just knowing this makes it easier to hold faithfully onto an image of enjoying the blessings you seek.</p>
<p>	How long? It depends on you. &nbsp;At what time of day are you climbing out of your box? If you climb out at midnight or noon, it does not matter. In time the sun will shine on you and you can depend on it. If you think you missed your chance (i.e. buying a home when the rates are low), do not worry. Get out of the box and wait for the ideal opportunities to come back for you.</p>
<p>There is no hurry. Be patient. Do not take action based on fear of &#39;missing out&#39;. There&#39;s always an abundance of opportunities. &nbsp;If you miss one, there will always be another one&#8230;perhaps even better than the first. Believing so makes it true for you. Doubting so closes your eyes to being able to see them when they come.</p>

<p>	The best illustration of the law of Cause and Effect lies in the picture of the two women standing outside of the bakery. As they gaze at the double-layer cake in the window, one says to the other, &quot;Let&#39;s just go inside and see what happens.&quot;</p>
<p>	<a href="http://fearfully-n-wonderfullymade.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Cause-Effect.jpg"><img alt="" class="alignright size-medium wp-image-4900" height="225" src="http://fearfully-n-wonderfullymade.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Cause-Effect-300x225.jpg" title="Cause-Effect" width="300" /></a>Is there any wonder what will happen? Without conscious thought, we are all at the mercy of human nature. Our thoughts are the only things we have ultimate control over; however, it takes practice.</p>
<p>	Every cause has an effect and every effect has a cause. This is law. Because of this universal law, God does not have to force the consequences of our actions. They are spontaneous and natural.</p>
<p>	The good news about this is that if you do good to others, good will return to you by law. It does not necessarily return to you from the same place you put it out. &nbsp;If you are kind to a disagreeable person, you will receive kindness. &nbsp;It may not come from <em>that</em> person however. You will not lose your reward&#8211;God returns it to you from wherever He wants.The more good you put out, the more will return to you. Spread happiness, and you will be happy.</p>
<p>	I do not think we should make a big deal over what we do. &nbsp;The more we do in secret, the better. &nbsp;If we make a display of our goodness, then our reward is the ooohs and aaaahs we receive from the people who saw it. Wouldn&#39;t you rather have a better, more significant reward? &nbsp;This works with kindness AND with money. Share your monetary blessings and you will receive even more to share. &nbsp;</p>
<p>	Make a difference today in the life of someone else. Then smile, knowing that happiness is yours and blessings are on their way.</p>
<p>	As for your goals, the Law of Cause and Effect promises that if you take a step &#8211; take action &#8211; toward achieving your goal, you put something into the Universe that causes an immediate reaction toward you in return. The expectant energy you have regarding the accomplishment of that goal, coupled with ACTION sets forces in motion on your behalf. Unseen things begin to work together for your good to a greater degree.</p>

<p>You may already have a few people in mind who have not quite jumped on your bandwagon, which can be frustrating, right? Perhaps you need to meet a quota before a certain deadline, and you must find four more customers who will sign on the dotted line. You are already working with four very promising prospects, so it is a done deal, right?</p>
<p>	Wrong.</p>
<p>	That kind of thinking is where many people accidentally shift into a violation of the <em>laws of success</em>. See, if you have set the goal properly, established it well in your subconscious mind, and keep at it, then you will succeed as long as your goal does not violate the rights of others. &nbsp;You will attract the right people; however, it is not up to you to know <em>which</em> people they are. You cannot look at your four most promising prospects and decide that they are the ones, because only they can make that choice!</p>
<p>	Yes, you must proceed &#39;as though&#39;. But if one of them says &#39;no&#39; after all of your hard work, please do not become depressed and throw away faith in your goal. Celebrate! &nbsp;Why? Because you have just been freed up to find the right one, and the right one will be worth the wait. The time you spent with the first person was not a waste, because we work to learn, not work to earn. Work to learn and you will always be well compensated.</p>

I have learned to trust my gut. Some people call it the &#39;inner voice.&#39; Personally, I believe it is genuine inspiration from a higher power which happens to be interested in my success. &nbsp;&nbsp;I listen with my analytic mind, but I also stay aware of gut feelings which seem like a sense of energy, flashes of insight, and dreams.</p>
<p>	However, I only trust my gut after I have nailed my goal down in detail by committing it to paper. I also spend time visualizing how it will feel to experience the success I seek. If it is on paper and I have passed off to my subconscious mind through emotion generated by my visualization exercise, then I have just prepared myself to be in tune with thoughts and ideas which will eventually and unfailingly lead me to my prize.</p>
<p>	On the other hand, if my objective is just floating around in my head, then I am wide open to thoughts and ideas entirely unrelated to, or even in opposition of, my personal path to success. If I get a hunch, but I have not taken the time to commit anything to paper, I tend to dismiss it. Not because it was a bad idea, but because I know that I am not prepared to know the difference.</p>
<p><em style="color: rgb(105, 105, 105); ">What you you? &nbsp;Do you make decisions based on what you are told to do, or do you focus on a goal and then listen to your gut feelings along the way?</em></p>

<p>	The easiest way to ensure that you show up in the world the way you want to is to be a good self-regulator. </p>
<p>	Today I will share a quick tip for boosting your willpower and encourage you to use it in your life.</p>
<p>	<u>Effective Goal Setting Increases Willpower</u></p>
<p>	It is not a lack of self regulation that stops people from meeting their goals&#8211;it is faulty goals. &nbsp;Research shows that positive phrasing, primers and accountability are key!</p>
<p>Example: Say I was struggling with getting to bed late at night because I was still working and my desired behavior was to be in bed at 10pm.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">
	A <em>bad</em> goal would be, &ldquo;I am not going to stay up late tonight.&rdquo; Why? Because it is framed in the negative.&nbsp; You can boost your self-regulation and support your set goal by flipping it to the positive.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 40px;">A <em>good</em> goal would be, &ldquo;I will shut down my computer by 9 pm and start winding down for bed.&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	The next component is to use primers.&nbsp; A primer is anything in your environment that reminds you of your goal.&nbsp;</p>
<p>	My primer, or outside stimulus, would be an alarm to go off on my phone at 8:45pm.</p>
<p>	The last component is have accountability. &nbsp;This means have a living, breathing person know about the goal. &nbsp;This person should be someone who cares about you and is willing to follow up with you about your goal. &nbsp;Partner with a friend, coach, family member, neighbor, colleague or anyone you know who wants to support you.&nbsp;</p>
<p>	For my goal, I committed to text messaging my coach as the computer was shutting down that my goal was met.</p>
