You are absolutely right. People don't think of coming home and eating dinner in front of the TV until Jay Leno is over and then going to bed as a habit, but it is. Millions live in a zombie like existence just out of habit.

Many habits weren't chosen by us -they were instilled in us by our upbrining or environment. "My mother always did it this way…." or "Everyone does this…"

Based on this logic – I should have been an abusive alcolhoc. But I've always been a bit of a rebel. My grandmother said she thought I was the milkman's kid. Just goes to show you – you can change if you want to.
